Shopping, orders and support

When you shop or contact us, we collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, selected products, order notes and messages. We use it to process and deliver orders, provide account access and customer support, handle payment or order problems, and maintain business records. Your order also records the items, amounts, currency and payment status.

Our website and service providers process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security logs to operate and protect the store. Essential cookies and similar storage support your cart, checkout, account and preferences. Rejecting optional Meta advertising tracking does not prevent shopping.

Payment and fulfillment providers

Payment information is processed by the payment services offered at checkout, including Stripe and, when selected, Klarna. Card-entry fields are supplied by the payment provider. Their own privacy notices also apply to their services: Stripe and Klarna.

Information needed to produce and deliver your order is shared with our fulfillment and delivery providers, including Tapstitch and shipping carriers. Hosting, store software and support service providers process information needed to operate the store. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

If you select Accept in Cookie preferences, we use Meta advertising cookies and send information to Meta through its Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising. This can include pages and product categories viewed, product IDs and names, cart and checkout activity, and paid purchases with their value and currency. It can also include your IP address, browser information, and Meta browser or ad-click identifiers when available. Meta may use this information for measurement and advertising under its privacy policy.

This connection does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, order notes, card details or raw search terms as advertising matching fields. Private checkout and account URLs are removed from the event information. The website uses server-side events for this connection, rather than loading Meta’s browser Pixel.

No choice or Decline keeps this optional tracking off. You can withdraw permission by opening Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page and choosing Decline. We also treat supported Global Privacy Control signals as a decline. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional measurement; it does not recall information already sent to Meta. Your preference is stored on the browser for up to 180 days. Changing browsers or clearing storage may require a new choice.

Text-message preferences

Checkout lets you choose Yes or No for discount codes and new releases by text. Either choice allows you to buy. We record your choice with the order; if you opt in, we also record the consent wording, time and phone number. No text-marketing delivery service is connected at the date of this notice. If a text program is activated, the checkout disclosure and any updated program information will explain that service. You can contact support@100tees.com to change your preference.

Keeping information and your choices

We keep information for the purposes described above, including fulfilling orders, resolving support requests and disputes, and meeting tax, accounting and other legal obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the record, those obligations and any unresolved claim; we do not apply the advertising-cookie lifetime to order records.

Depending on where you live and the applicable rules, you may be able to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, receive a copy, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contact support@100tees.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. You may also raise a concern with your local privacy authority.

The store and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your request. We will update this page when our practices change.
